I work with hypnosis and clinical hypnosis which are extremely effective forms of communication. They turn off the ”inner guardian” to the subconscious of the controlling right hemisphere of the brain in order to embed the targets which I have established with clients.
What is Hypnosis?
When it comes to hypnosis, there are many horror-stories related to manipulation and abuse since most people associate stage shows with the term “hypnosis”. However, it is a proven fact that nobody is going to accept suggestions that are against their free will. Hypnosis also cannot be mistaken for deep sleep. In fact, it is a state of extreme, inwardly-aligned concentration which fades out external occurrences at the same time. The breathing, heart-beat, pulse and metabolism all slow down. Hypnotized people see themselves as completely awake and sensitized for emotional experiences and pictures and thus for the targets which have been set.
Hypnosis is suitable for all clients who are motivated and who want to reach the best results as efficiently as possible. First the client is displaced into the state of hypnosis most suitable for them. Only after that are various other methods also implemented. Hypnosis offers direct solutions that other coaching or therapeutic techniques do not recognize. Through the flexibility of the technique, almost any target can be set and almost every problem can be treated by this method. Try it! I look forward to hearing from you!
Principles and limits
The client’s boost in awareness, autonomy, self-efficacy and the effective resolution of the hypnotic state of mind at the end of a hypnotic session are the important principles and limits of hypnotic sessions.
